Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with relevant experience will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and basic office software.
Good organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn and grow with the company.
Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
Able to speak Cantonese will be an advantage.
Tanggungjawab
Prepare quotations based on sales requirements and internal pricing guidelines.
Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to manufacturers or suppliers after order confirmation.
Process confirmed customer orders and ensure all documentation is accurate.
Coordinate order fulfilment with suppliers and internal teams.
Track delivery status and ensure products are delivered to the customer’s address on time.
Maintain and update quotation records, purchase orders, and order documentation.
Assist the Supervisor in completing daily operational tasks and administrative work.
Chances to turn into full time after Internship ends (depends on performance).
