Kelayakan

  • Preferably 2 years of working experience in freight forwarding or logistics / supply chain industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact confidently via phone and online platforms.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
  • Language: Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

  • Handle and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage requests from exporters, importers, and overseas agents.
  • Coordinate with vendors such as shipping lines, haulage providers, forwarding departments, and co-loaders to fulfil customer job requests.
  • Resolve issues related to space constraints and equipment shortages.
  • Source rates from different vendors and recommend the best options.
  • Complete job arrangements, including booking, forwarding, haulage arrangements, and SI/BL confirmation.
  • Update costs and quotations in the system after verification with Sales, for accounting and invoicing purposes.
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact and support the Sales PIC to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
