Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, MICE, banquet, or hospitality industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Able to build and maintain good client relationships.

Target-driven, independent, and proactive.

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Familiar with government, corporate, travel agent, or event market will be an added advantage.

Must be willing to travel for sales calls and client meetings.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets.

Identify, approach, and secure new corporate, government, agency, and MICE clients.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.

Promote hotel rooms, meeting packages, banquet packages, events, and other hotel services.

Prepare proposals, quotations, sales reports, and follow-up documentation.

Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site visits, and presentations.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Work closely with the Banquet, Front Office, Revenue, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth client coordination.

Assist in planning sales campaigns, promotions, and business development activities.

Ensure all confirmed bookings are properly handed over to the relevant operation teams.
