• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Digital Marketing, Creative Media, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in marketing, social media management, content planning, campaign coordination, or project execution.
• Strong planning, organization, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, content planning, short-form videos, branding, and digital marketing trends.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure marketing activities are completed according to plan.
• Creative, responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of assigned projects.
• Good communication skills and able to work closely with different teams and management.
• Basic copywriting, content planning, or video content direction experience will be an advantage.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, home products, furniture, renovation, lifestyle, or content commerce will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolio, creativity, good attitude, and interest in marketing/content planning are welcome to apply.
Tanggungjawab
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, branding activities, and social media content direction.
• Prepare and manage marketing and social media content calendars to ensure posts, videos, campaigns, and promotional materials are planned ahead and posted consistently.
• Work closely with content creators, designers, video team, sales team, and management to ensure marketing content is aligned with company direction and branding.
• Support content video planning, including product videos, branding videos, campaign videos, lifestyle content, and short-form social media videos.
• Coordinate and follow up on creative materials, posting schedules, campaign progress, video content, and project timelines to ensure everything is completed as planned.
• Manage and monitor company social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, 小红书, and other relevant channels.
• Review marketing content before posting to ensure accuracy, quality, brand consistency, and suitable messaging.
• Track campaign performance, social media engagement, and content effectiveness, and suggest improvements for future planning.
• Support events, exhibitions, collaborations, influencer/KOL content, and ad-hoc marketing projects when required.
• Ensure all marketing activities are executed smoothly and completed within the agreed timeline.
