• Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level

• Dedicated candidate with similar experience is encouraged to apply

• Preferably non-executive specializing in Purchasing/inventory or equivalent

• Knowledge and 1-2 year experience in Logistics, Forwarding/ Shipping documentation would be added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Able to work under pressure and work in Team.

• Keep good communication with external & internal parties and control trough all phases of the journey of the shipment can work independently, have sense of responsibility and good working attitude, able to communicate in Mandarin

• Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock checks

• Organize and maintain storage areas to maximize efficiency

• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and transactions

• Collaborate with the management team to improve inventory processes

• To manage the stock accuracy and ensure the physical stock tally with the system

• Update and submit document to internal department- Responsible for local delivery/pick up scheduling

• Manage the full import process, including coordinating logistics, preparing and verifying import documentation (like Bill of lading and Customs declarations)

• Liaising with customers and customs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and troubleshooting shipping issues.

• In charge on stock return to vendor and filling out any paperwork necessary

• To check & ensure all the job done document was compile & have proper filling

• Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior
