We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

What you'll be doing

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

• Utilize AI tools to support customer analysis, market research, and sales follow-up to improve work efficiency and service quality.

• Contact potential clients and arrange meetings to understand their business needs

• Present suitable solutions, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts

• Follow up with clients and provide professional consultation throughout the sales process

• Guide new clients through onboarding and ensure excellent after-sales support

• Update clients on the latest promotions, services, and solutions

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Work closely with the Customer Service teams to improve customer experience

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Who we are looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
