  • Own the full financial control & GL agenda for the Malaysia entity
  • Partner directly with the Board, Operating Committee & Senior Leadership Team
  • Drive performance management, budgeting & forecasting — not just reporting
  • Take the lead on regulatory, statutory, audit & tax matters
  • Lead and develop a team of 5+, with real ownership of talent and succession
  • Gain regional/APAC exposure and contribute to transformation & continuous improvement
What we need from you:
  • 8-15 years of progressive finance experience, with 3+ years in people management
  • ACCA / CPA / MICPA / ICAEW or equivalent
  • Strong ownership of GL, financial control & month-end close
  • Solid exposure to Malaysia regulatory & statutory reporting, audit, tax, budget & forecast
  • Strong understanding of SOX / internal controls
  • A confident stakeholder manager who can influence, challenge and communicate with senior leaders
  • A hands-on people leader who knows how to develop and grow a team
