Job description:

• To assist with Director personal assignment, document collection, banking matters, and other relevant assistance duties;
• To safely transport Director and her children as per the schedules;
• To ensure maintenance and cleanliness of assigned vehicle;
• To ensure punctual daily transportation arrangements;
• To assist with errands and family-related arrangements when required;
• To ensure vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance monitoring;
• To support office or operational matters when required;
• To maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times;
• To perform any other ad hoc/ additional responsibility as assigned by the Management from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion deem fit.

Requirement:

• Possess valid driving license class B2 & D
• Candidates with at least 2 years childcare-related experience or family support experience are encouraged to apply
• Be flexible to work beyond normal working hours, weekends, or public holidays when necessary
• Able to safely handle and care for children at all times
• Punctual and able to follow the agreed daily schedule
• Responsible for keeping the vehicle clean, safe and ready for use
• Able to provide timely updates on pick-up, drop-off, delays or emergencies
• Patient, polite and able to communicate well with children
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality on all family matters
• Willing to follow the Director’s instructions and ask when unsure
• Familiar with Shah Alam & Klang Valley routes
• Free from criminal record
