Our esteemed client, an established machinery equipment and rental company, is searching for a HR Executive:
Job Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for both local and foreign employees.
Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (e.g., S Pass, Work Permit, Employment Pass).
Execute monthly payroll via HRMS, including CPF/SDL filings, tax submissions (IR8A, IR21), and processing of statutory HR claims (e.g., NSmen make-up pay, maternity/paternity benefits, and government reimbursements).
Monitor quotas, pass expiry dates, insurance coverage, housing compliance, and levy payments.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), manage SkillsFuture/SDF claims, and support staff learning and development.
Handle grievances, disciplinary cases, and conduct exit interviews.
Liaise with MOM, CPF Board, IRAS, and other relevant authorities, as well as external vendors for HR operations, compliance, and employee services.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in SME environments.
Strong understanding of Singapore employment legislation, foreign worker regulations, and manpower frameworks (e.g., SkillsFuture, SDF, Progressive Wage Model, and related government initiatives).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of HRMS systems (e.g., InfoTech) will be an advantage.
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Additional Information:
Salary: Basic Up to SGD 3,000 + VB
Working Location: Tuas (Company Pick Up Provided)
Working Hours: 5 days, Monday - Friday (8am - 5:30pm)
