Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

Minimum:

• 5 years’ experience (Degree holder), or

• 8 years’ experience (Diploma holder)

Experience in engineering services, maintenance, or MRO environments

Preferably with site/project experience in power plant or oil & gas industry

Professional certifications such as Service Engineer, Professional Engineer (PE), AESP are an added advantage

Electrical maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting

Experience with plant equipment and site-based operations

Familiar with engineering standards, compliance, and safety requirements

Execute electrical maintenance and MRO works in compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements

Develop technical work scopes including hazard & risk assessments, inspection test plans (ITP), and checklists based on applicable standards and client specifications

Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and servicing of electrical systems and plant equipment

Coordinate and supervise vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements

Contribute to continuous improvement of work methods, procedures, and execution efficiency through post-project evaluations

Ensure proper maintenance and readiness of tools, equipment, and company assets

Prepare and submit progress, completion, and final reports in a timely and professional manner

Support business growth initiatives by aligning service offerings with client and market needs
