About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to drive the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for international concerts, live shows, and entertainment events. This role will lead end-to-end marketing efforts—from campaign strategy to execution—ensuring high audience engagement, strong brand visibility, and successful ticket sales across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Campaign Management
- Develop and implement 360 marketing strategies for concerts and international shows (digital, offline, PR, influencer, media, etc.)
- Create and manage event-specific marketing timelines, calendars, and media plans
- Forecast marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track ROI
Digital Marketing & Ticket Sales
- Lead digital campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Collaborate with ticketing platform to optimise listings, paid media, and conversion funnels
- Monitor analytics and sales data to optimise campaign performance in real-time
Partnerships & PR
- Work closely with artist teams and labels on marketing approvals and branding alignment
- Liaise with PR agencies, media outlets, and influencers for earned media and publicity
- Secure strategic partnerships for brand collaborations and cross-promotions
Content & Creative
- Oversee creative asset development (posters, videos, trailers, social content) in line with show branding
- Manage internal designers
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and mentor junior marketing staff and interns
- Coordinate with operation, production, sponsorship, and ticketing teams for cross-functional execution
- Prepare post-mortem reports and insights for internal reviews and future planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the live entertainment, events, or media industry
- Proven track record of leading successful event or ticketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics (Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, etc.)
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Passion for music, entertainment, and live experiences
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with international artists, media or labels
- Familiarity with regional market trends across SEA or APAC
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
