Placement: Puchong Gateway, Puchong, Selangor

Requirement:

• Malaysian citizen
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and multi-task.
• Excellent in organizational skills, time management and follow-up skills required
• Well equipped with the computer skills.
• Strong team player, self-motivated, driven and willing to learn.

Job Description:

• Report to Senior/ Contract Manager
• Familiar and able to carry out measurement and taking-off quantities
• Assist to handle tender and perform timely tendering processes, compiling tender documents and submission of tender documents
• Assist for sourcing of quotation, prepare cost comparing and costing
• To establish and maintain the list of suppliers and sub-contractors
• Assist to carry out site valuation and process interim progress claim on monthly basis
• Assist to monitor the cost control and to ensure the overall project budget are maintained
• Assist to establish and monitor project cash flow and monitor payment
• Preparation and updating of standard cost databases and profiles.
• Assisting in the preparation of effective change control during the pre-contract stages and post-contract stages.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
