Sales Consultant (Full Time / Part-Time / Contract)
We are seeking a high-impact, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a dual-focus role designed for a seasoned professional who excels at both identifying fresh market opportunities and deepening relationships within our existing client portfolio.
The Opportunity: Schedule & Compensation
Flexibility: 2–3 working days per week (schedule to be discussed).
Reward: A competitive Base Salary(EPF + SOCSO) + Commission structure, rewarding your ability to close deals and grow accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Lead Generation: Proactively build a pipeline of high-value prospects through targeted networking, social selling, and outreach.
Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction while identifying strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and demos (virtual and in-person) that clearly articulate our value proposition.
Sales Operations: Utilize our CRM to maintain meticulous records of the sales lifecycle, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Closing & Negotiation: Navigate complex conversations to secure favorable terms and consistently meet monthly or quarterly targets.
Requirements:
Mature, Energetic, keen to learn, high levels of accountability.
Natural "people skills" with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for client site visits and local travel.
Proficiency in modern productivity suites (MS Office/Google Workspace) and CRM workflows.
Self-Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage your own schedule and prioritize tasks effectively without micro-management.
