Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is an advantage

Job Description

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Support the drafting and posting of job advertisements across relevant channels
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and coordinate interview schedules
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and job requisitions
• Support the team in resume screening and shortlisting activities
• Help coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fair activities
