Responsibilities: Project Engineer
- Provide full support to the Project team preparing quotations, technical proposals, engineering calculations, and documentation.
- Offer technical clarification and respond to supplier / customer inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with the execution team to ensure smooth project handover.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Project Manager or superior.
Responsibility: Project Engineer (Execution)
- Act as the main project contact in coordinating internal and external team members to deliver instrumentation projects on schedule.
- Handle the complete post-order management scope; from order handover to delivery and final documentation.
- Lead project execution in planning schedules, expediting engineering deliverables, and ensuring timely preparation and submission of project documentation.
- Organize supply chain schedules in ensuring purchase orders and manufacturing started according to project timeline.
- Coordinate and monitor testing activities including calibration, hydrotest, FAT, and packing, ensuring compliance with technical and quality specifications.
- Resolve technical issues during execution, and provide mitigation plan to minimize delay risk.
- Facilitate progress meetings with clients and engineering teams, ensure proper communication and alignment on scope, outputs, and deadlines.
- Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to planners, ensure accurate tracking of documentation and manufacturing schedule as well as milestone achievement.
- Monitor project costing falls within approved budget and raised variation request to proposal team.
- Coordination and participation in Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) and Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIM), to align expectations and requirements of project stakeholders.
- Follow up on any Overage, Shortage and Damage (OS&D); and Quality issue post delivery.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering.
- Project Engineer : 2 years of experience
- Must have effective planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Possess problem solving skills, strives to understand contributing factors, works to resolve complex situations with appropriate management.
- Be dependable by meeting deadlines, working independently, accountable for work, maintains focus, punctual and a good attendance record.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
