Kerja Sepenuh Masa Project Manager - construction, Gaji tinggi MYR 8,000 di Shantawood Melaka - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling construction projects, establishing timelines, budgets and resource allocations to ensure efficient project delivery
• Managing project teams, including contractors, subcontractors and site staff, to ensure effective coordination and communication across all project phases
• Monitoring project progress against agreed milestones and KPIs, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to maintain project momentum
• Overseeing health and safety compliance on site, ensuring all regulatory requirements and company safety standards are met
• Managing project budgets and costs, controlling expenditure and minimising waste whilst maintaining quality standards
• Ensuring quality control measures are in place and that all work meets specified standards and contractual requirements
• Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including reports, correspondence and records
• Identifying and managing project risks, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as required

What we're looking for

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 8 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably managing main building work or large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building regulations, safety standards and project management best practices
• Proven expertise in project scheduling, budgeting and cost control using industry-standard software and tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse project teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to senior management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project or similar platforms
• Professional certification such as PMP, or equivalent project management qualification is advantageous
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in the Malaysian construction sector.
