Responsibilities
- Planning and scheduling construction projects, establishing timelines, budgets and resource allocations to ensure efficient project delivery
- Managing project teams, including contractors, subcontractors and site staff, to ensure effective coordination and communication across all project phases
- Monitoring project progress against agreed milestones and KPIs, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to maintain project momentum
- Overseeing health and safety compliance on site, ensuring all regulatory requirements and company safety standards are met
- Managing project budgets and costs, controlling expenditure and minimising waste whilst maintaining quality standards
- Ensuring quality control measures are in place and that all work meets specified standards and contractual requirements
- Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including reports, correspondence and records
- Identifying and managing project risks, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as required
What we're looking for
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 8 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably managing main building work or large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building regulations, safety standards and project management best practices
- Proven expertise in project scheduling, budgeting and cost control using industry-standard software and tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse project teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to senior management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project or similar platforms
- Professional certification such as PMP, or equivalent project management qualification is advantageous
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in the Malaysian construction sector.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
