Kerja Sepenuh Masa Production Assistant, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,200 di Fineconn Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Responsible of prepare daily production KPI reports and report discrepancies immediate to superior.
• Organise and manage documents, records and maintain a systematic filing.
• Work closely with planner and production supervisor on the weekly / monthly production schedule.
• Responsible in receiving and outgoing preparation for raw material and finished good ensuring all the item receive and ship out is correct and as per customer requested. Alert respective party when there is any discrepancies.
• Arrangement of transportation after received final confirmation of shipment with planner.
• Generate D/O, Packing List and Invoices as well as preparation of the delivery of shipment.
• Responsibility to monitor the accuracy of stock-in and stock-out and maintain stock levels with including monthly stock check.
• Ensuring that all the production staff are following company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the inventory and monitor the stock count of WIP & finished goods weekly.
• Monitoring the safety regulation in the warehouse.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum Certification /SPM/STPM/Diploma
• At least 1-year Experience
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
• Basic Knowledge speaking and writing in English
• Able to work on overtime

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
