• Able to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical motorcycle issues.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Motorcycle Foreman to oversee daily workshop operations. The ideal candidate will lead the service team, ensure high-quality repair and maintenance work, and manage workflow efficiency in the workshop.

You will play a key role in supervising technicians, diagnosing issues, ensuring service quality standards, and maintaining smooth operational flow in a fast-paced motorcycle service environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations and service workflow.
• Assign tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance jobs.
• Perform inspection, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of motorcycle mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ensure all repair work meets quality and safety standards before vehicle delivery.
• Guide and train junior technicians to improve technical skills and efficiency.
• Monitor service progress and communicate updates to management and customers when needed.
• Manage workshop productivity, workflow planning, and job prioritization.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop resources.
• Oversee parts usage and coordinate with purchasing department for repair requirements.
• Conduct final quality checks before customer handover.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
• Support sales and marketing activities for new product development and product launches.
• Assist in product presentation, including photo and video shooting for marketing and promotional use.
