Position Overview
The role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain transformation projects across APAC. The role will focus on initiatives such as cost saving, digitalization, AI enablement, document management system implementation, cross-functional process support, and management reporting. You will work closely with country teams, supply chain leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered effectively, within aggressive timelines, and aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support supply chain transformation projects across APAC, including cost saving initiatives, digitalization, AI-related initiatives, document management system implementation, cross-functional process improvement, and management reporting.
- Work closely with supply chain, commercial, finance, quality, regulatory, IT, and other functional teams to understand process requirements and support end-to-end project delivery.
- Assist in project planning, timeline tracking, action follow-up, issue escalation, and progress reporting to ensure project milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Support the review and documentation of supply chain processes and cross-functional workflows to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and practical solutions.
- Coordinate with country teams and regional stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and drive timely completion of project activities.
- Prepare project updates, dashboards, meeting materials, and management reports to provide clear visibility of project status, risks, actions, and next steps.
- Support change management activities by communicating process changes, coordinating user inputs, and assisting stakeholders in adopting new ways of working.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and clear communication.
- Assist in other supply chain transformation, reporting, and administrative tasks as required.
Position Requirements & Key Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Project management experience, preferably within supply chain, operations, business transformation, digitalization, or related functional areas.
- Ability to quickly understand supply chain processes and cross-functional end-to-end process flows, including the interdependencies between different business functions.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across countries, functions, and potentially regional teams.
- Strong project coordination skills, including timeline management, action follow-up, risk identification, issue escalation, and progress reporting.
- Dynamic management skills with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities, manage ambiguity, and drive project activities under aggressive timelines.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a high-pace environment while maintaining focus, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Good analytical ability and attention to detail, with experience in preparing clear reports, project updates, and management presentations.
