Greet and engage customers as they enter the showroom, establishing rapport and understanding their furniture requirements
Provide personalized product recommendations and expert advice based on customer preferences, style, and budget
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our furniture collections, materials, and features to answer customer inquiries confidently
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by highlighting the benefits and features of various furniture pieces
Collaborate with customers on furniture layout and design concepts to create harmonious living spaces
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction during the entire purchasing journey
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry
