Tidak mahu sambung Contract selepas tamat tempoh probation di company.
Saya masih dalam tempoh probation dan bercadang untuk tidak sambung contract after probation. Tapi dalam offer letter mengatakan bahawa kena bayar denda sekiranya berhenti dalam tempih contract. Jadi saya mahu berhenti dalam selepas temph probation. Adakah saya perlu membayar gaji 3bulan dan berapa sebenarnya tempoh notis perlu diberi kepada company sebab tempoh probation 3bulan dan tempoh notice juga tiga bulan.
Dalam offer letter:-
“ This contract of appointment may at any time be terminated by the company by giving one (1) months’ notice in writing without assigning any reason thereof. In any case the Employer want to resign from the company, Letter of Resignation must be given at least Three (3) months in advance with the discretion of the company’s management.
Employees that is in the contract period is prohibited to resign within the contract period. If do so you are required to pay 3 months worth of the salary to the company.
Employees are required to adhere to the company's three-month probation period. If, during this period, the employee fails to meet the company's standards and disregards instructions, the company reserves the right to terminate the employee with a 24-hour notice.”
