Saya masih dalam kontrak tapi saya ingin minta resign awal. Majikan saya minta saya melanjutkan tempoh resignation

Saya hantar resignation dengan 3 bulan notis sehingga bulan Ogos 2023 tapi majikan minta saya bekerja sehingga Oktober 2023 akan kerana masih dalam kontrak. Adakah saya perlu kekalkan pendirian saya untuk tinggalkan syarikat sehingga Ogos 2023? Pihak syarikat saya hanya beri makluman kontrak pada tahun pertama saja dan pada tahun kedua tiada sebarang dokumen menyatakan saya harus bekerja sehingga Oktober 2023
