Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years working experience in sales, merchandising, FMCG, retail, or related industry.
- Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with customers, outlets, and internal teams.
- Knowledge in merchandising, stock arrangement, and outlet servicing is an advantage.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic reporting.
- Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel/outstation when required.
- Responsible, proactive, disciplined, and committed to work.
- Able to handle customer inquiries, order follow-up, and sales coordination efficiently.
- Experience in handling Modern Trade, retail chains, or B2B accounts is an added advantage.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, retail outlets, and business partners.
- Visit outlets regularly to ensure product availability, proper display, pricing, and merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock levels at outlets and coordinate replenishment orders with internal teams.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up actions professionally.
- Prepare sales reports, outlet visit reports, and market feedback for management review.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Execute promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns at outlets.
- Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and company objectives.
- Ensure all merchandising materials and product displays are maintained according to company standards.
- Support Modern Trade and B2B account servicing when required.
- Build strong relationships with outlet personnel, purchasers, and key customers.
- Assist in documentation, order processing, and sales administration tasks.
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and company events as assigned by management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
