Requirements
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies for the social app platform, ensuring seamless user experience and platform stability across diverse regions.
- Lead and mentor a team of 20 professionals, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving key performance indicators and driving platform growth.
- Implement and refine operational processes, leveraging data analysis to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and enhance overall platform efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects, including feature rollouts, bug fixes, and A/B testing, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze user feedback and platform metrics to identify trends, anticipate user needs, and proactively address issues to improve user satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into actionable operational plans and ensure successful platform launches and updates.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably within a social app or digital platform environment.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required to support our diverse user base and ensure effective communication across different regions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the social app platform, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal user experience.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance platform performance, scalability, and reliability, aligning with company goals.
- Oversee the execution of platform-related projects, from planning and resource allocation to monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery.
- Analyze platform data and user feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth, translating insights into actionable plans.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and customer support, to drive platform initiatives and resolve operational issues.
- Establish and refine operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
- Manage and mentor a small team of operations specialists, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting their professional development.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to platform stability and security, developing contingency plans and incident response protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the platform's operational landscape, leveraging best practices in operations management and process optimization.
- Ensure effective communication of operational status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders, including senior management and other departments.
