Internship For Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,200 in Hitti Aluminium Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor Intern to join our team.

The intern will assist in quantity take-off, tender preparation, quotation comparison, progress claims, variation orders, and project cost documentation for aluminium windows, doors, curtain wall, glass, louvres, cladding, and other façade-related works.

This internship is suitable for students who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in the aluminium, glazing, façade, and construction industry.

• Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or related field.

• Able to read construction drawings.

• Basic knowledge of measurement, BQ, and cost estimation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

• Able to communicate and coordinate with team members.

• Minimum internship duration: 3 months.

• Preferred internship duration: 4 to 6 months.

• Assist in quantity take-off for aluminium and glazing works.

• Assist in preparing quotations, tender documents, and BQ pricing.

• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

• Assist in preparing progress claims, variation orders, and final account documents.

• Assist in checking supplier and subcontractor quotations.

• Coordinate with project, design, procurement, and site teams for quantity-related matters.

• Maintain proper filing for quotations, claims, cost records, and project documents.

• Support the QS / contract team in daily documentation and administrative works.

• Hands-on exposure to aluminium, glazing, and façade works.
