Perform routine maintenance and repair on various power and non-power access equipment (e.g., scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts).
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with equipment, identifying root causes of problems.
Conduct pre-delivery inspections and post-rental checks to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance and repair operations.
Assist senior technicians with more complex repair tasks and learn new maintenance procedures.
Communicate effectively with the operations team and customers regarding equipment status and repair timelines.
Possess basic knowledge of electrical systems and be able to perform simple electrical repairs.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Must be fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with specific stakeholders or interpret technical documentation.
Willingness to undergo training and develop expertise in the maintenance of specialized access equipment.

Collaborate with the sales and rental teams to provide technical advice and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient equipment turnover.
Assist in the inventory management of spare parts and consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels for timely repairs and maintenance.
