Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in project coordination, integration projects, or a similar role within the IT/software industry.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.

Understanding of integration concepts and technologies (APIs, data exchange formats).

Proven ability to create and maintain technical documentation.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve integration challenges.

Excellent stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a strong asset.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience with fintech or transaction management platforms is a plus.

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of integration projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Support the project manager in coordinating tasks, resources, and communication among cross-functional teams and external vendors involved in integration efforts.

Help in identifying, documenting, and tracking project requirements, risks, and issues related to system integrations.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including integration specifications, process flows, and user guides.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of integration objectives and progress.

Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for integrated systems, reporting defects and verifying resolutions.

Assist in managing project changes, ensuring that scope, schedule, and budget are controlled effectively.

Provide support in the day-to-day operational aspects of integration projects, troubleshooting minor issues as they arise.
