Requirements
Assist in managing employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel files.
Support the HR team in recruitment processes, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Help organize and coordinate employee training programs and development activities.
Provide administrative support for HR functions, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Assist with the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws by maintaining up-to-date knowledge.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and HR-related data.
Proficiency in using HR software and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
