Full Time Accounting Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Lovns Group WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if applicable).

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, UBS, or QuickBooks) is an advantage.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage, if required).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsible, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.

Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping.

Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.

Perform bank reconciliations.

Maintain accurate financial records and filing.

Assist in monthly financial reports and account closing.

Process staff claims and reimbursements.

Maintain office supplies and company documents.

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.

Support HR administrative tasks (documentation).

Assist management with reports and other administrative duties.

Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
