We are looking for a highly motivated and resilient individual with a technical background to join our sales team. As a Senior Sales or Junior Sales Assistant, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge automation solutions and the manufacturing world. This is a "learning-by-doing" role designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the Industry 4.0 era.

Required Qualifications:

• Academic Background: Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Automation, or related technical disciplines).

• Languages: Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

• Senior Sales: at least 3-5 years industrial sales experiences.

• Junior Sales Assistant: welcome fresh graduate.

• Fast Learner: Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts, product parameters, and industrial applications.

• Resilience (High Pressure): A "can-do" attitude to handle cold calls, rejections, and performance targets.

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly to both engineers and procurement managers.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel to industrial sites and client locations as required.
