To plan and prepare the class ahead, create and improvise the teaching materials strictly according to the learning outcomes. 4. To create and improvise the assessment materials strictly according to the learning outcomes. 5. To mark the assessment and key in the marks on time. 6. To report to the manager on the class and student progression, get feedback from the manager and improvise the class.

As an Automotive Engineer Level 1, you will be an integral part of our Automotive Workshop team within an industrial plant. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing the workshop operations, specializing in the repair of heavy vehicles on-site. You will actively contribute to the oversight of control processes for machinery within the plant, ensuring optimal functionality. Additionally, you will play a key role in purchasing required spare parts to ensure the smooth operation of the automotive workshop. Assist in the management of day-to-day operations of the Automotive Workshop. Monitor and coordinate repair activities for heavy vehicles on-site. Work collaboratively with Chief Mechanic, Automotive Workshop Supervisor, and Mechanic levels 1 to 3. Oversee the purchasing of required spare parts for the workshop. Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations. Participate in troubleshooting and basic problem-solving tasks.

To perform general repairs and maintenance services which includes : 1. Honda basic maintenance programme, fault tracing of engine management system problems, engine tuning & adjustment, general repair and overhaul of engine. 2. Fault tracing of auto-transmission & manual-transmission problems, general repair of transmission, clutch assy, pumps, etc. 3. Fault tracing of electrical problems and replacing / repairing of basis electrical components. 4. Fault tracing of suspension and undercarriage problems and replacing / repairing of basic suspension & undercarriage components. 5. Fault tracing of air-conditioning problems and replacing / repairing of basic air-conditioning components. 6. Adjustment of body parts, locks and window winders and other body and interior parts. 7. Installation of basic accessories. 8. To co-ordinate with Service Advisor on additional jobs. 9. To carry out any duties and job functions in which you may be instructed from time to time by the Company or person acting on behalf of the Company. 10. To maintain good house-keeping of the work place and up=keep of the workshop hand-tools & special tools.
