 WHAT IS THIS ROLE ABOUT?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 • Provide professional facial treatments on facial services and packages according to the standards and methods set by the company   • Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout their therapy experience                                                                                                                           • Record clients’ particulars and update their information in the system accordingly                                                                                                             • To collaborate with beauty consultants and store managers in promoting suitable treatments and skin care products to customers.   • Deliver high level of customer satisfaction, growth and retention through passionate interaction with customers                                         • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Spa & Customer Operations Manager and management

REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess CIDESCO/ CIBTAC / ITEC or other relevant Beauty and/or Wellness Certifications                                                                            • A working knowledge of skin care therapies, beauty products and trends.                                                                                                                                 • Steady and dexterous hands.
