• Assist Building Manager manages all aspects of building management services, delivery, processes, and system efficiently and effectively for our client.
• Liaise with the relevant authorities in relation to permits, insurance, licenses, etc for operations, property maintenance, security, and safety.
• Preparation of weekly/monthly report.
• Attending to complaints and coordination of rectification works.
• Coordinate and arrange monthly council meetings, AGM, EGM and prepare Minutes of Committee Meeting.
• Administration, marketing, asset management, insurance management (in liaison with the owner).
• Ensure healthy collection for monthly service charges, sinking fund, etc.
• Ensure adherence to renovation and fit-out guides.
• Ensure prompt payment of assessment, quit rent, and licenses to avoid penalty.
Ensure timely and efficient collection of service charges and other charges in accordance to company’s KPI, procedures, house rules, Strata Management Act 2013, and other relevant by-laws.
Attend to residents/owners inquiries service requests and complaints tactfully and ensure resolved satisfactory within Company’s assigned timeline and KPIs.
Proactively carry out inspection on the condition of the building and prepare report and recommendation for rectification or improvement.
