To help engineers draft out structural drawings and prepare forms and documents for authority for submission to BCA, LTA, PUB, and Nparks. Follow the correspondence with authorities and remind the engineers to reply accordingly within the deadline. To assist in studying the drawings and advise the work scope for quotation preparation and tender submission. To prepare the progress status of all the ongoing projects. To file up all the correspondences and drawings for each project. To help communicate with clients on the requirements of the projects and inform engineers accordingly

We need to find an engineer who is proficient in architectural drawing, engineering quantity calculation, certified in RC Structural Analysis and Design Fundamentals course, RC Building Estimation course, Etabs, Auto CAD, and also can use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) certificates,Prepare contract documents, carry out quantity work, take off measurements, provide cost estimates and manage cost information, be familiar with on-site affairs and project management

1.Designing and overseeing construction of various civil engineering projects such asroads, bridges, buildings, and water supply systems. 2.Conducting site investigations and surveys to gather data required for project planningand design. 3.Analys and interpreting project specifications, drawings, and regulations to ensurecompliance with safety standards and codes. 4.Preparing detailed engineering plans, calculations, and cost estimates for proposedprojects. 5.Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure projectmilestones are met. 6.Supervising construction activities, conducting quality control inspections, and resolving any technical issues that may arise during project implementation. 7. Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve design conflicts. 8. Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools to create accurate drawings and models. 9. Conducting feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for proposed projects. 10. Preparing of civil and structure drawings, calculations and reports. 11. Attending and chairing client consultant meetings and site meetings.

-able to plan, supervise and monitor daily routine site work -checking technical designs and drawings to ensure site work compliances -ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales -liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially office quantity surveyors and the overall project manager -providing technical advice and solving problems on site -liaising with office quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials -ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to. -implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work instruction -report site daily progress, site planning, overseeing quality control scheduling ensuring that the projects are able to be completed within the time. Requirements -At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil)
