Overall job purpose; specific project
Responsible for ensuring and executing the activities related to RC training and development as well as developing programs related to the Regulatory Compliance area in order to meet the demands defined as necessary by the organization in order to develop and train employees.
Core responsibilities:
Define implementation strategy for the RC training program.
Organize and execute corporate programs using different methodologies according to audience and content related to Regulatory and Compliance.
Organize the Regulatory Compliance programs by engaging, coaching, and mentoring employees and contractors.
Organize knowledge dissemination actions among company employees through the knowledge multiplier program.
Conduct the training needs survey in order to define the training and development actions required for the annual training plan.
Train the company's internal specialists/TA to support specific audits
Conduct Corporate trainings and workshop to:
Enhance the company's inhouse capabilities
Provide better understanding of the regulations
Provide audit lesson learnt are disseminated to all relevant understanding to the company's employees on Compliance Team roles and responsibilities
Build awareness of compliance to regulations
Train Quality Manager/Quality Inspectors so that they can carry out site inspections related to Regulatory and Compliance
Conduct WS with the project’s main suppliers ensuring RC knowledge and reinforcing the culture on the subject
Fostering a culture of compliance through training and awareness initiatives
Promote and project organizational culture that supports compliance with policies and regulations.
Promote Our Regulatory Compliance Vision to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
Desirable: Post Graduate qualifications in HSSEQ discipline
RC Training specialist with depth understanding and knowledge of appropriate Oil & Gas compliance and other International applicable regulations and laws, which allows the individual to plan and conduct Training Program independently and to be able to mentor less experienced Quality Inspectors.
Previous training experience with a focus on Regulatory Compliance
Knowledge of international Oil and Gas regulation and legislation (e.g MARPOL, SOLAS, API, IOGP, NFPA, Bahamas) preferably.
Project Monitoring & Controlling with Power BI and associate tools.
Internal/External Audit process experience is a plus
