ADMINISTRATOR / SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR, CLEARING SERVICES
(12 MONTHS CONTRACT)
Work Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
Salary Range Administrator: RM3,000 – RM3,900 (with 0-3 years of experiences, Fresh Grads welcome)
Salary Range Senior Administrator: RM4,000 – RM4,900 (with 3-5 years of experiences)
Fixed Travelling Allowance: RM500
Working Region: APAC
Working hours: 9AM - 6PM

JOB PURPOSE
Completion of all daily processes and services on derivatives as well as cash and equity products in Clearing Operation and Client Service.
Ensure our clients’ transactions on listed derivatives, collateral securities and option are proceed into our operational systems within the agreed cut-off.
Prepare and provide the regulatory report to Clearing House.
Ensure internal and external enquiries are managed on time and with high quality standard.
Accountable for Global Servicing from operating location (includes shifts and work on bank / legal holidays and weekend when required).
Maintain statistics up to date (including daily team checklist update).
Maintain organizational relationship with Management line.
Ensure effective resolution of enquiries.
Escalation of issues & problems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
65% of Operational Excellence
Perform matching of broker trades with the client confirmations, covering APAC and European markets.
Process transaction corrections, take-up trades, give-up trades, and position offset.
Perform reconciliation for listed derivatives, collateral securities and options.
Prepare and submit regulatory report to the Clearing House.
Data control to collect price and validate static data required for contract setup and the transmission of trades from Middle Office to Back Office.
Check and update the Initial Margin (IM) for KSE and KRX.
Provide notification to the client on the late trade, expiring security position and margin call amounts.
Announce the contract expiry results (exercise, assignment, abandon, delivery).
Inform the relevant internal parties if the cash transactions are rejected.

Timely resolution/escalation of inter-departmental and cross functional queries.
Ensure collaborative relationship across jurisdictional, functional and cultural boundaries when required for the daily operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
0-2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates will be considered.
Experienced in relevant Securities Operations/Financial Services.
Degree in relevant field.
English Language (Written/Oral) Proficiency.
Knowledge on Listed Derivatives will be an added advantage.
PC literate in MSOffice applications.
Knowledge in Excel VBA, SQL will be an added advantage.
Knowledge in relevant software (Ubix, Ullink, Lisa) will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in English language (written / oral) and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure following tight deadlines and/or S.L.A. requirements.
Able to work with others as a strong team player in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to take on new challenges and result oriented.
Compliant to rules and procedures.
Independent, confident, self-motivated, pro-active and mature.
