• Break/Fix, Disassembly/re-assembly, Troubleshooting
• Fault diagnosis, basic troubleshooting and ensure effective repair.
• Delivers upgrades and conversions including replacement of component parts .
• Escalate calls within given time guidelines.
• Process paperwork relevant to customer problems/upgrades.
• Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure such as hardware, software and networks.
• Responsible for new equipment or product of security & IT network system set-up and performing preventive maintenance and calibration. (Including project implementation and coordination).
• Basic network/ server setup and troubleshooting.
• Build, configuration and installation of PC related peripherals.
• Maintained IT Hardware, software audit and IT hardware disposal records.
• Provide user guidelines to frequently problems occurred.
• May required standby support after office hours during system maintenance
Job Requirement
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in the IT environment, with fresh graduates welcome for junior positions.
• Good understanding of network system, network architecture and services.
• Knowledge in managing and supporting clients and server environment.
• Able to multitask, strong analytic mind with good troubleshooting skills.
1. Responsibility for diagnosing the fault and cause of fault and driving appropriate corrective
actions to ensure minimal reoccurrence of failures
2. Responsibility for development of preventative maintenance program.
3. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
