Draft and execute JV agreements, memorandum of understanding and governance frameworks that covers scope of works, clarity on roles of PLUS and JV partners and profit-sharing arrangement. 7. Identify greenfield locations adjacent to highway based on pre-determined commercial criteria and apply for commercial facility development approval from Malaysian Highway Authority. 8. Build and maintain effective relationship with various internal and external stakeholders including government authorities and business partners by organizing engagements, meetings and visits to deliver CD’s initiatives
