KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / TUGAS DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB : OPERASI 1) Memberi taklimat dan arahan kerja kepada kumpulan pemandu dan pekerja am (PRA) sebelum mereka menjalankan kerja harian mengikut jadual dan arahan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak pengurusan operasi SWM. 2) Memastikan kerja-kerja pembersihan kawasan awam dan kutipan sisa pepejal berjalan lancar mengikut jadual yang telah dirancangkan oleh pengurusan operasi SWM. 3) Memastikan semua pekerja bekerja mengikut prosedur dan piawaian kerja (KPI) yang dikehendaki oleh pihak PPSPPA. 4) Memastikan langkah-langkah keselamatan dan kesihatan pekerjaan diutamakan dalam kerja-kerja operasi yang dijalankan seharian. 5) Melaksanakan kerja-kerja pengawasan dan penyeliaan harian ke atas jadual-jadual kebersihan am dan kutipan sisa pepejal. 6) Menilai tahap prestasi kerja bagi pekerja-pekerja di bawah seliaan. 7) Menyediakan dan menghantarkan Laporan Siap Kerja (LSK) harian yang minimum untuk membuktikan kerja-kerja kebersihan awam dan kutipan sisa pepejal kepada pihak operasi SWM setiap hari setelah kerja-kerja diselesaikan. 8) Melapor segala masalah yang berkaitan dengan tugas harian kepada Pentadbir Cawangan / Eksekutif Operasi. 9) Menyediakan laporan kerja lebih masa dan Bonus Harian Pekerja-pekerja Am dan Pemandu mengikut masa yang telah ditetapkan. 10) Mengawal kerja ad-hoc atau lebih masa pekerja di bawah seliaan. 11) Melengkapkan borang-borang ISO harian yang berkaitan dengan mengikut kehendak SOP dan tahap ISO. 12) Menyediakan laporan permohonan barang-barang keperluan kerja dan barang-barang kenderaan syarikat kepada Pentadbir Cawangan. 13) Melapor segala masalah berkaitan dengan mesin rumput dan kenderaan ke Unit Bengkel dan memastikan mesin rumput dan kenderaan syarikat berada dalam keadaan baik. 14) Menyediakan Borang Halangan Kerja (BHK) jika mempunyai halangan atau masalah di tapak operasi yang menyebabkan kerja-kerja operasi terganggu. 15) Memastikan borang arahan baik pulih mesin rumput dan kenderaan syarikat dilengkapkan sebelum dirujuk kepada unit bengkel untuk dibaiki. 16) Memastikan aduan awam dan kegagalan KPI yang diterima diselesaikan mengikut tempoh yang ditetapkan oleh pihak pengurusan operasi SWM dan SWCorp. PENGURUSAN SUMBER MANUSIA DAN PENTADBIRAN 1) Mengguna semua fungsi dalam mResponz applikasi dan mematuhi semua tahap minimum yang ditentukan oleh pihak syarikat dari masa ke semasa. 2) Merekod segala cuti tahunan, cuti sakit, cuti tanpa gaji, ponteng, dan lain-lain yang berkaitan bagi semua pekerja di bawah seliaan. 3) Menyediakan laporan kedatangan harian pekerja-pekerja di bawah seliaan dan dihantar ke unit sumber manusia pada masa yang telah ditetapkan. 4) Mengeluarkan notis minta penjelasan kepada pekerja yang melanggar undang-undang syarikat dan masalah disiplin. 5) Bertanggungjawab untuk melapor kemalangan pekerja di bawah seliaan ke bahagian sumber manusia dengan kadar segera untuk dirujuk untuk tuntutan kepada pihak PERKESO dan insurans syarikat. 6) Melapor ketidakhadiran pekerja ke bahagian sumber manusia dengan kadar segera untuk tindakan disiplin. 7) Memastikan pekerja di bawah seliaan mendapat bekalan uniform dan memastikan mereka memakai uniform pada waktu bekerja. 8) Melapor kesalahan salah laku pekerja di bawah seliaan ke bahagian sumber manusia mengikut peraturan yang ditetapkan. 9) Memastikan laporan harian kenderaan dikemaskini pada setiap hari. 10) Memastikan kad minyak boleh digunakan dan melapor sebarang kerosakan kad tersebut kepada pihak pentadbiran dengan segera. 11) Melaksanakan kerja-kerja lain yang diarahkan oleh Pegawai Atasan dari semasa ke semasa.
