Responsibilities

. Establish long term relationship with customer base through offering impeccable customer care and providing them with a memorable shopping experience while achieving sales target
. Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable to build rapport with customers on site and off site.
. Provide feedback on customer complaints to the Retail Operations Manager, if any.
. Discuss problems encountered with Store Manager and/or Retail Operation Manger
. Ensure customer complaints (service-related) are resolved in a diplomatic and effective manner
. Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory
. Perform and abide to all Operational Procedures
Requirements
. Motivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve
. Possess good communication skills and be sales driven
. Comfortable to work in fast paced environment
. Must be able to work retail hours, public holidays and weekends)
. GCE O' level and above
. Ability to converse in English and additional language would be an advantage
. At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required
. Prior experience in luxury ready to wear and shoes environment is an advantage
