Job Description Assist in planning of annual calendar plan of active ageing activities for seniors and coordinating of the activities. Assist in programme evaluation and telephone interviews/survey to gather feedback on the activities and programmes. Manage queries and provide seniors with information and referral to services. Monitor the supply and condition of equipment, activity materials and supplies and assist to procure items when needed. Assist Programme Executive to manage programme budgets and resources. Assist to maintain databases for programmes and activities. Perform general administrative duties.

Job Requirements Min Nitec Certificate in Community & Social Services or any field of study Min 1-2 years of working experience with ageing community setting and healthcare or social service sector handling programmes coordination Comfortable with 5.5 days work week (alt. Sat work week)

Job Description Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement. Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs. Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes. Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements. Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services. Guide volunteers in executing programme activities. Manage programme budgets and resources. Work with other organisations to execute programmes.

Job Requirements Min Diploma in any discipline/field of study Min 1-3 years of working experience with ageing community setting and healthcare or social service sector Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Possess adaptability to find ways of solving and/or pre-empting problems. Comfortable with 5.5 days work week
