Position Summary: Handal BCM Sdn Bhd, a leading automotive company focused on commercial vehicle vehicles such as Foton, Kaicene, Golden Dragon, and more, is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Technical Executive to join our team. This position is in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia and primarily involves providing technical support to customers and actively participating in the vehicle warranty process. The successful candidate will be required to travel as part of their responsibilities. We welcome applications from candidates who possess a minimum Malaysian Skill Certificate Level 3 (SKM) with additional consideration given to candidates holding a diploma or degree in automotive engineering.
Possesses at minimum diploma in any discipline of building, facilities, or engineering (with M&E background preferred) related disciplines from a recognized establishment with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in facility management works.
The responsibilities of the Technical Executive shall include but not limited to the following:
Supervise Subcontractors in the provisions of maintenance services and vendors in the delivery of equipment.

* Operate the Kiln & Coal mill, coal yard, clinker silos, raw meal silos and other related materials transports.
* Assist in monitoring maintenance to the machinery/ equipment during shut down.
* Maximize clinker production and control the clinker produces within the specified free lime.
* Monitor and record the performance and operating conditions of the Kiln and Coal Mill in shift report.
* Monitor and supervise refractory work during maintenance
* Able to work in 3-shift rotation.

Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Electric &
Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic / related field).

Responsibilities
• Manage the customer complaint system for the business. Investigate complaints by
collaborating with other departments and report back to the customer in a timely manner.
Liaise with other departments to drive preventive actions as a result of complaints.
Compile complaint trending information.
• Handle escalated technical issues, working closely with the production team to ensure
timely resolutions.
• Programmed and troubleshoot product following installation at site.
• Product quality and performance test at factory.
• Keeps workshop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting
breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance and calling for
repairs.
• Support the quality assurance plans by assisting in hazard analyses; identifying critical
control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures,
corrective actions and verification procedures.
• To prepare a preliminary Technical Analysis Report for validated parts to support warranty
claims rejection.
• Ensure good manufacturing practices, quality and health and safety are maintained at all
times.
• Planning or schedule training programs for technicians to enhance their technical skills
and product knowledge.
• Stay informed about new product features and updates, work with HOD to provide timely
training to the technical support team.
