Compile complaint trending information. • Handle escalated technical issues, working closely with the production team to ensure timely resolutions. • Programmed and troubleshoot product following installation at site. • Product quality and performance test at factory. • Keeps workshop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance and calling for repairs. • Support the quality assurance plans by assisting in hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions and verification procedures. • To prepare a preliminary Technical Analysis Report for validated parts to support warranty claims rejection. • Ensure good manufacturing practices, quality and health and safety are maintained at all times. • Planning or schedule training programs for technicians to enhance their technical skills and product knowledge. • Stay informed about new product features and updates, work with HOD to provide timely training to the technical support team. • Preparing report, correspondence and presentation to HOD • Other duties as required to support the business.
