Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
-Responsible for the operations and maintenance of the airport engineeringequipment/installations/facilities for system serviceability and availability.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
-Supervises and ensure full execution of SAP System (Plant Maintenance Module)
-Provide guidance; advice and direction to all subordinate and to promote high standardof maintenance culture; efficiency; productivity; teamwork; quality services andpersonnel job enrichment
-Revise of PPM checklist; tasks list & master data and analyses technical reports; identifies trends for the facilities and equipment breakdowns and recommends for continuous improvement
-Review the performance of the facilities / system and provide input and recommendation for any upgrading or refurbishment work
-Establishment of new contract; manage and ensure the contractors are delivering the service standard as required in the contract for outsourcing work
-Execute the master maintenance plans and master maintenance schedules as well as implementation of approved capital and operating budget

Review all project activities, work equipment and sites every day to make sure everything is performed to company standards as well as to the latest OSHA regulations and standards.
Locate, calculate and designate job site locations as well as equipment and job site structure locations as needed.
Responsible for BC documenting daily work activities and progress.
-Execute specified tests for process quality control (including micro-sections, solder float test, solder dip test, X-ray measurement, peel-strength test, Must II test and so on).
-Prepare the outgoing reports for customers (including A1 report and other customer special reports).
-Execute tests for special requirement. E.g. qualification of process, equipment and base material, failure analysis, improvement projects, engineering trail lots and so on.
-Execute reliability tests. E.g. SEM/EDX, small press machine, TST, hot oil test, CAF, climate test, warpage measurement, reflow test and so on.
