- To receive and process all incoming customer, Pentamaster’s POs, include updating masterlist for all DO with correct quantity.2. To create SO in PAC Portal and input into the masterlist for all customers.3. To prepare and generate ISN in PACPortal for parts to be delivered to OQA for inspection。4. To perform planning, prepare schedule for production lines and coordinate production workflow for one or multiple parts.5. To plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay of output.6. To monitor jobs with different departments and to ensure they will finish on time.7. To follow up issues of quality or delivery with department supervisors when issues arise with the aim to minimize disruption.8. To obtain output information e.g. number of finished parts and percentage of defectives parts.9. To collaborate with OQA, IQC, Store, Production and other supporting functions to accomplish assignment of jobs.10. To communicate with customer’s buyers for any ETA matters and update customers the new ETA & rescheduled plans with reasons of delay on a timely basis.11. To handle all modified parts, cancellation of parts and update in the masterlist on a timely basis.12. To update delivery parts status in Stock Out template on a daily basis.13. To assist superior to update the Management in KPI of customer forecast and OTD on a timely basis.14. To ensure filing of documentation are performed in an orderly manner and retrievable as and when required.To perform any other duties assigned by supervisor or manager from time to time.
