Requirements
3–5 years experience in Performance Marketing (Meta Ads required).
Proficient in Mandarin.
It requires understanding Mandarin
Experience managing and scaling Meta Ads campaigns with measurable revenue performance.
Strong understanding of conversion funnels and attribution.
Experience in eCommerce / D2C brands preferred.
Able to analyse performance data and make optimisation decisions independently.
Strong copywriting sense for performance-focused ads.
Familiar with retargeting, segmentation and scaling strategies.
Results-driven, analytical and performance-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop monthly FB revenue growth strategy
Align content themes with campaign objectives
Plan bundle positioning & promotional angles
Allocate ad budget based on ROAS & performance data
2. Paid Ads Ownership
Manage Meta Ads (Conversion & Message objectives)
Optimise targeting, creative, placements & budget scaling
Implement retargeting and funnel segmentation
Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM and take action quickly
Scale winners, cut underperformers decisively
3. Content & Creative Direction
Oversee FB content calendar aligned to performance goals
Guide hook angles (problem-solution, bundle push, urgency)
Brief designer/video team based on campaign strategy
Ensure content drives enquiries and conversion
4. Funnel & Revenue Optimisation
Improve enquiry-to-order conversion rate
Work closely with sales closer to refine scripts
Analyse drop-off points and suggest improvements
Increase AOV through bundle positioning
5. Reporting & Analysis
Present weekly performance reports
Provide scaling recommendations
Forecast revenue based on ad spend
