Full Time Event Sales Executive (2–3 Years Experience) Jobs, salary up to MYR 6,000 in Red Apple Creation Sdn Bhd Puchong - Maukerja

• Minimum 2–3 years in the event management industry

• Hands-on experience with roadshows, mall events, launches, activations, exhibitions, or corporate events

• Strong understanding of end-to-end event workflow (concept to dismantling)

• Strong client servicing and follow-up skills

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Able to multitask under tight deadlines

• Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented

• Comfortable managing on-site event situations independently

• Preferred: Mandarin (to support Chinese-speaking clients)

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Able to work independently and within a team

• Calm under pressure during event execution

• Client-focused with strong execution discipline

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

• Follow up with existing and potential clients

• Understand client objectives and event requirements clearly

• Provide professional consultation on event strategies and execution

• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships

Event Planning & Coordination

• Manage event projects from briefing to completion

• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, operations)

• Liaise with vendors, malls, and event venues

• Monitor setup progress and ensure smooth on-site execution

• Handle last-minute changes professionally

Proposal & Budget Coordination

• Assist in preparing quotations and proposals

• Align client budgets with execution feasibility

• Work with internal teams to control costs

• Ensure projects meet company GP (gross profit) expectations

Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project timelines and deliverables

• Ensure alignment across all departments before execution

• Attend site visits, rehearsals, and event setups when required
