The Drive: A hunter mindset with a resilient attitude toward handling rejection.
The Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills over the phone or video calls.
Experience: 1–2 years of telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales experience (Fresh grads with a high hunger for sales are welcome!).
Language: Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin proficiency is a +).
Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify, qualify, and reach out to new B2B prospects across Malaysia via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold/warm outreach to virtual product demonstrations and closing.
CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and customer data in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Partner closely with our Digital Marketing team to instantly follow up on inbound leads and convert them into revenue
