• Must have basic technical skills for e-commerce tools and platforms.
• Basic technical skill in Microsoft Excel.

Role:

• Handle order management, inventory management, product listings, pricing and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to execute promotional strategies.
• Manage and optimize our online stores across Shopify, Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada to ensure smooth and seamless shopping experiences.
• Devise and execute AI workflows to smoothen operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain accurate product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Execute strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor platform performance metrics and report findings with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure inventory levels are updated and orders are processed efficiently.
