Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily administrative tasks, filing, data entry, and document management.
Support the receiving, checking, and recording of incoming goods and materials.
Maintain inventory records and assist in stock monitoring and stock counts.
Assist in preparing Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and purchasing documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, deliveries, and follow-up activities.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of store, inventory, and purchasing records.
Perform ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by the supervisor to support departmental operations.
