Requirements
Computer literate (Excel, online tools, e-commerce platform backend)
Detail-oriented, responsible & able to work independently
Good communication & time-management skills
Languages required: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese (to deal with chinese chats)
Prefer 1–2 years experience (e-commerce/admin).
Fresh grads with strong learning attitude are welcome.
Responsibilities
Check & update product listing prices
Reply to customer enquiries on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok & WhatsApp
Perform stock checking & coordinate with warehouse
Follow up on promo timelines (campaigns, vouchers, festive promotions)
Manage returns & follow up with customers/platforms
Edit basic videos (training provided)
Assist with ad-hoc admin tasks
Ensure smooth daily operation of all e-commerce platforms
Able to support after-hours customer service (allowance provided)
